This heavy duty stripheater is designed to place a narrow strip of heat on an acrylic plastic sheet until it is soft and pliable enough to bend to the desired form. It is capable of heating sheets up to 1/2” thick. The EMX-2 has a 48" working area and is 7" in width. The unit is 17 lbs. Perfect for building COVID-19 sneeze/cough guards (see picture above) for your cashier/POS with Lexan or Acrylic.
