We ship packages within USA and Canada via FedEx, UPS, and Purolator. The shipping company used depends on products purchased and your location. Shipping information, including tracking, will be emailed to you once your order ships.
FREE SHIPPING (Ground) is available to all customers within USA and Canada provided the order amount (before taxes) is $100 or more. This excludes US States: AK and HI, these Canadian Territories: NU, NT, and YT as well as certain products. For these, the system will provide you a shipping quote during the order process however, we will confirm this to you before processing your order. Student and Faculty orders will not be processed until we receive proof of academic status from you. Student/Faculty verification will be held on file for a period of one year to avoid delays when placing future orders. Commercial orders do not require proof of status and products will ship based on availability.
Payment by Purchase Order (an available payment option) will not be processed until we receive a copy of your purchase order.
