Who is eligible to buy software from iDESIGN Solutions Inc.?
The following groups qualify for education discounts: K-12 Students, College and University Students, current faculty/staff members, academic institutions and non-profit organizations.  There are also non-academic discounted products available for purchase and this is noted in the product description.

What is the difference between the products offered at idesignsol.com and the commerical versions of these products?
There is NO difference in the product functionality of the education discounted software and the commerical version.  Some vendors add "education use" watermarkers to software output.  The watermarked editions offer the same functionality as the professional version but are not suitable for a professional production environment.  Please read individual product notes for details.  

Is this a legal, licensed copy that I am purchasing?
iDESIGN Solutions is an authorized reseller for every product we carry so you will own a legal license for any software you purchase from us.

Do I need to send proof of academic status with my order?
YES.  Proof  of academic status is a requirement.  No order will be processed until proof is received.  We reserve the right to hold all orders pending student/faculty verifications.  

How and when do I send in my academic verification?  
Upon placing an order at idesignsol.com, you are requested to provide this information by uploading student identification ie. student card or course outline, when you place your order.

How will I know the status of my order?
Your order status, including the status of the receipt and acceptance of academic document, will be updated at our website.

Do I receive a physical box product?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

How many times can I install my software?
The majority of software products are single license installations for one computer, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Are manuals included with the software?
The manuals and help guides are available on the software media.

Can I still use the software that I have purchased after I graduate?
You may continue using the software beyond graduation as long as you abide by the education license agreement.

What is the return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by idesignsol.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less 20% restocking fee.  If the return is a result of our error, you'll receive a full refund and we'll cover the return shipping costs.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.  Please read our Return Policy for additional details. 

Do you offer a best price guarantee?
If you see a lower advertised price of the exact same product within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund you the difference.  In order to qualify and receive your refund, please email a copy of the advertisement or written quotation with the lower price to sales@idesignsol.com
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of price verification.  Refunds are not offered on closeouts or loss leader pricing.  This policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to special offers or rebates, promotions or free-with-purchase offers.  iDESIGN Solutions Inc. reserves the right not to sell products below our cost.

Are you Tax Exempt?
If you are a first time/returning customer, please create/update your account information including adding your tax exemption number.  Once you complete your order, taxes will not reflect your tax exemption until we receive your tax exempt form that you will submit by replying to the order acknowledgement email.  We will then make the necessary adjustments.  For future orders, your account will automatically be flagged as tax exempt and the correct tax rate will be applied.  Please contact us should you have any further questions.
